Central Registration is located adjacent to the Emergency Department at Colleton Medical Center.

Inpatient Registration is located in Central Registration. To avoid any delay in providing care to the patient, please bring your physician's order, which includes the Patient's name, Date or range of dates for the procedure to be performed, Procedure to be performed, Patient's diagnosis and Physician's signature.
Pre-registration is available for elective procedures.

All Outpatient registration occurs in our Central Registration Area. However, Physical Therapy registration is located in the Physical Therapy Department at Colleton Medical Arts Center located adjacent to the hospital
