Colleton Medical Center welcomes Kaitlin Fitzpatrick as HRVP

Colleton Medical Center is pleased to welcome Kaitlin Fitzpatrick as the new VP of Human Resources (HRVP). 

“We are excited to welcome Kaitlin to the Colleton Medical Center Team,” said Jimmy Hiott, CEO. “Kaitlin is a motivated and team-oriented professional. I look forward to celebrating her success and contributions to Colleton Medical Center.” 

Humbled by Hiott’s remarks, Kaitlin added, “I am grateful for the opportunity. I'm excited to support, and help grow Colleton’s high-performing team of compassionate caregivers.” 

In her new role as HRVP, Kaitlin oversees new team member hires and ensures employees receive the many benefits Colleton Medical Center and HCA Healthcare offer while providing coordinated leadership for the diversity and inclusion committee and the employee advisory group. 

Kaitlin is a Chicago native with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from  Westminster College. When not at work she enjoys cheering for the Crimson Tide, traveling, and exploring the Lowcountry with her Aussie Mix, Nellie.
