Walterboro, SC – Colleton Medical Center announces that Adam McConnell will be the hospital’s new Chief financial officer and join the leadership team.
McConnell, previously served as the Assistant CFO at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center. Prior to that, he has spent time as a Controller and Director of Finance and Information Systems leading efforts in the implementation, planning and monitoring of all financial activities at Sampson Regional Medical Center. In addition, he brings tremendous strengths in working financial growths within the hospital setting and will ensure that Colleton Medical Center continues this growth. “Adam is well-prepared to assume the role of CFO,” Jimmy Hiott, CEO of the Colleton Medical Center said. “His experience and breadth of knowledge has shown him to be a solid leader with a deep understanding of the health care industry, the financial markets, and equally important, a knowledge of our patient-centered culture”.
