On Wednesday, March 23, Colleton Medical Center leadership gathered to celebrate the Inpatient and Outpatient Rehab Program on being named the #1 program for patient experience as rated by patients via post-care surveys.
All 184 HCA Healthcare facilities are graded by the patients in areas such as courtesy and respect, overall treatment and care, post-care follow-up, and cleanliness.
“I am thrilled, but not surprised to learn that our inpatient/outpatient rehab program is #1 in HCA,” said Jimmy Hiott, Colleton Medical Center CEO. “The team we have in place at Colleton Medical Center is second to none. The quality of care our team provides continues to raise the bar and set the standard for HCA.”
