Colleton Medical Center is pleased to announce Jill Smith has joined the Colleton Medical Center Team as the Vice President of Human Resources (HRVP).

In her new role as HRVP, Smith oversees new team member hires and works to ensure employees are receiving the many benefits Colleton Medical Center and HCA Healthcare offer while providing coordinated leadership for the diversity and inclusion committee and the employee advisory group.
Prior to accepting the HRVP position with Colleton Medical Center, Smith served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Grand Strand Medical Center. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Ethics from Lipscomb University and enjoys all things outdoors including hiking, kayaking, and running
