Just as the daisy cannot bloom without the support of the bee, nurses and patient care technicians (PCT) cannot do their best work without the outstanding teamwork provided by other healthcare professionals. The BEE (Being Excellent Everyday) Award recognizes team members outside of nursing and PCTs for going above and beyond to care for patients, visitors, and each other.

About the BEE Award

The BEE Award was established to recognize non-nursing and PCT staff members who provide excellent care every day.

The support of other healthcare providers is the foundation upon which a patient's health care team can maintain phenomenal care and advocacy.

The BEE Award recipients exemplify our core values of ownership, compassion and excellence, and help to create a great experience for patients and their families. These professionals consistently demonstrate excellent care by promoting wellness, healing, and hope to all.

Award Eligibility

All non-nursing and PCT Colleton Medical Center employees are eligible for the BEE Award.
