About the STEM Award

The STEM Award was established to recognize supportive PCTS who work cohesively with other members of a patient’s care team.

The STEM Award recipients exemplify our core values of ownership, compassion, and excellence, and help create a great experience for patients and their families.

Award Eligibility

All Colleton Medical Center PCTs are eligible for the STEM Award.

Any patient, visitor, or employee of Colleton Medical Center may nominate a deserving PCT. Simply fill out and submit the nomination form below!
